Tissue & Degranulation Burs
Latch type burs designed to precisely and effectively remove unwanted tissue without grabbing or damaging the surrounding bone to ensure no interference with the graft material. Easily remove tissue from extraction site socket that may be difficult to achieve (or access) manually with a surgical curette hand instrument. The debridement process is done quickly and effectively, including inflammatory tissue which cannot be done manually by surgical spoon curette. Compared to other tungsten type burs, these burs are more precise and do not grab. These are designed to exactly for this purpose of removing degranulation tissue.

Bone Shaping Burs
Round (ball) and oval shaped carbide burs designed to effectively and predictably level and shape bone at the ideal width, shape and size in preparation for dental implants and dentures. Long shank design allows for proper and easy connection to straight nose cone hand piece. Please see the fairly priced straight nose cone from GoldenDent if you do not have one already available.
